Terms and Conditions

By registering as an Institute or Invigilator at National Testing Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. General Conditions

  • All registrations must be submitted with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • NTS reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any information submitted through the portal.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent disqualification or legal action.

2. For Institutes

  • Institutes registering on the portal must be legally recognized and approved by their respective regulatory authority (e.g., Education Department, HEC, BISE).
  • The Institute must have appropriate infrastructure such as examination halls, furniture, toilets, backup electricity, and security arrangements.
  • The Institute agrees to make the premises available for examination duties as per the schedule communicated by NTS.
  • Institutes must ensure fair, safe, and transparent conduct of examinations held on their premises.
  • Any misuse or mishandling of exam materials may lead to blacklisting of the institute and legal proceedings.

3. For Invigilators

  • Invigilators must be above 18 years of age and possess at least an intermediate (FA/FSc) or higher qualification.
  • All personal details, including CNIC, contact number, and email, must be valid and verifiable.
  • Selected Invigilators will be contacted via WhatsApp or Email for duties and instructions.
  • Professional behavior, punctuality, and integrity are mandatory during all examination assignments.
  • Any misconduct, absenteeism, or leakage of exam materials will lead to immediate removal from the NTS pool and possible legal action.

4. Data Privacy

  • All information collected is securely stored and used strictly for examination-related purposes.
  • NTS will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Acceptance

By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated above. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the registration process.
